Extended Standard support contract
All ongoing support is provided on a contract basis.
An extended Standard support contract provides with

Up to 120, 60 or 30 hours technical support each year via e-mail and telephone.
Technical support may include assistance with Jet Enterprise system configuration, plan structuring and creation, import/export processes, routine system management, and staff training. It may also include any other tasks deemed appropriate at the sole discretion of Obsidian Consulting Group. -
Access to all upgrades to the Jet Enterprise core system released during the contract period

Assistance with integration of any additional Jet Enterprise modules purchased during the contract period

Access to all Jet Enterprise system documentation released during the contract period

Support Hours: 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday (Australian Eastern Standard Time) *
* excludes Victorian public holidays.
