24/7 full support contract

All ongoing support is provided on a contract basis.

A 24/7 full support contract provides clients with

  • Up to 120 hours technical support each year via e-mail and telephone.
    Technical support may include assistance with Jet Enterprise system configuration, plan structuring and creation, import/export processes, routine system management, and staff training. It may also include any other tasks deemed appropriate at the sole discretion of Obsidian Consulting Group.

  • Access to all upgrades to the Jet Enterprise core system released during the contract period including installation and testing

  • Assistance with integration of any additional Jet Enterprise modules purchased during the contract period

  • Access to all Jet Enterprise system documentation released during the contract period

  • Support Hours: 24hrs per day, 7 days per week. Excludes Christmas Day and Good Friday
