Standard Support

Standard support is available in three options, 120 hours, 60 hours and 30 hours per year.

Standard support contract


All ongoing support is provided on a contract basis.

A Standard support contract provides clients with:

  • Up to 120, 60 or 30 hours technical support each year via e-mail and telephone.
  • Technical support may include assistance with Slate CMS system configuration, bug fixes, development and customisation works, and staff training. It may also include any other tasks deemed appropriate at the sole discretion of Obsidian Consulting Group.
  • Access to all upgrades to the Slate CMS core system released during the contract period including installation and testing
  • Assistance with integration of any additional Slate CMS modules purchased during the contract period
  • Access to allSlate CMS system documentation released during the contract period
  • Support Hours: 10am – 6pm Monday to Friday (Australian Eastern Standard Time, excludes Victorian Public Holidays
