Extended Support

Available from 8am-8pm Monday to Friday with options of 120, 60 and 30 hours per year.

Extended Standard support contract

All ongoing support is provided on a contract basis.

An extended Standard support contract provides with

  • Up to 120, 60 or 30 hours technical support each year via e-mail and telephone.

    Technical support may include assistance with Slate CMS system configuration, bug fixes, development and customisation works, and staff training. It may also include any other tasks deemed appropriate at the sole discretion of Obsidian Consulting Group.

  • Access to all upgrades to the Slate CMS's core system released during the contract period

  • Assistance with integration of any additional Slate CMS modules purchased during the contract period

  • Access to all Slate CMS documentation released during the contract period

  • Support Hours: 8am – 8pm Monday to Friday (Australian Eastern Standard Time) *
