24/7 full support contract
All ongoing support is provided on a contract basis.
A 24/7 full support contract provides clients with

Up to 120 hours technical support each year via e-mail and telephone.
Technical support may include assistance with Slate CMS system configuration, bug fixes, development and customisation works, and staff training. It may also include any other tasks deemed appropriate at the sole discretion of Obsidian Consulting Group.

Access to all upgrades to the Slate CMS core system released during the contract period including installation and testing

Assistance with integration of any additional Slate CMS modules purchased during the contract period

Access to all Slate CMS system documentation released during the contract period

Support Hours: 24hrs per day, 7 days per week. Excludes Christmas Day and Good Friday
