EDGE DEVICE INTEGRATION

The edge device module provides integration and support for network devices using an edge device. Current supported devices include:

This module enables customers to enforce login at the network edge, track usage, and apply QoS/rate limiting rules based on plan definitions in the Jet system.

PABX & CALL MANAGER

For voice networks, Jet integrates with a number of PABX systems including NEC and Alcatel, as well as Cisco's Unified Call Manager systems. Jet Also integrates with open source systems such as ASTERIX and FreeSwitch, providing a comprehensive voice billing platform.

WIRELESS & 802.1X INTEGRATION

In addition to integrating into the wired data network, Jet can also be used for the wireless network.

XML-RPC SUPPORT

XML-RPC Support gives the University an easy to use API for allowing the university to hook into Jet from existing infrastructure and Systems such as student and staff portal systems.

INTEGRATION WITH BANKING GATEWAY

If the University wish to charge for the purchase of extra quota, Jet can be integrated with a banking gateway to allow instant credit card purchases.
